Fees:
Daily fees are charged at £110.00 per day.
Inclusive of all trips and outings, a weekly in house Music class with Petite Performers Barnes, three nutritious- home cooked meals, two snacks, Organic cows milk and baby wipes.
Fees do not include; nappies, Formula or sun cream.
Early Education Entitlements;
We offer funding for the following age groups:

Government funded hours are only designed to cover or subsidise the cost of your child’s education. As your child gets older the funding rate decreases significantly. Hence the differences in charges for each age group.
Unfortunately, we do not offer 3-year funding as it is not viable for us, based on the low funding rates the Government offer for this age group.
We do not offer 15 hours childcare, as we are a small setting and are unable to fill the remaining hours.
We do offer the 30-hour entitlement.
Our setting is open Monday to Thursday 8am- 6pm.

Funding is offered over 38 weeks per year (term time). We do not stretch funding over the year.

Funded hours must be used in blocks of 10 hours. 8am-6pm (full days).

We offer a two-day minimum for anyone accessing funding.

The remaining weeks of the year the setting is open i.e.: 14 weeks are fee paying hours/days.

Funded hours are displayed on your invoice as free of charge.

As the rate we receive only covers the cost of education. We charge a voluntary fee for food costs, trips, non-food consumables and a weekly music class

If you choose to opt out of these charges and would like a fully funded place, you must inform us by email one week before the term starts.

You must opt out for the full term. We do not allow any changes, daily, weekly or termly.

If you do not opt out by email one week before the term starts. You will be automatically opted in for the charges.

You must supply your own food -3 meals per day, two snacks and all drinks.

Whilst the other children attend a music class or a fee-paying outing, your child will not attend and engage in a separate activity.

You must supply your own wipes, nappy cream and sun cream. Labelled with your child’s name.

Should you choose to supply your own food, you must supply three balanced and nutritious meals. Snacks must be healthy. No crisps, no nuts and no chocolate. They must be cooked and ready to eat.

If you forget to bring your child’s food, you will be charged for consumables that day. The charges will be applied to your monthly invoice.

Our weekly menu is displayed on the notice board. We offer home cooked food. Which consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and two snacks. Drinks offered are organic cow’s milk and water.

Deposits paid are either refunded or deducted from your invoice when you give 4 weeks’ notice in writing as per terms of your contract.
